During our stay at Hotel New Crystal, we had a pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere on the terrace away from the main street. The owner was friendly and always ready to assist us with any requests. The beachfront restaurant served delicious breakfast with a beautiful view. Despite the high season, the beach was enjoyable, although it did get crowded at times.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Ksamil. First of all, the value for money was unbeatable. The prices were very reasonable for what we got. The rooms were spacious, with two bedrooms and new furniture, providing plenty of space for my family. The attention to detail was impressive, with linens changed twice and a fully equipped kitchen with everything we needed. Additionally, the location was perfect, situated in the more easygoing area of Ksamil beach. It was a short walk to the beach, and having breakfast included at the beach bar was a great start to every morning.

Everything was absolutely fine, no complaints.
